FAQs

  • With proper care, your product is made to last. Sereia uses high quality woolen product, leather, canvas, and recycled upholstery fabrics. Refer to fiber content listed in specific style for more details.
Wool is a natural fiber, the hair of a sheep. With the proper care, woolen materials should provide years of wearing comfort. Wool is naturally resilient maintaining shape, durable and has natural flame retardant. Your items should be dry cleaned only when needed. Remove surface soil or revive surface nap by brushing item lengthwise. Do not press over stains, it can heat set stain to item. Spot clean as needed when dry cleaning is unavailable.
Leather is durable but you also must remember that it is in fact skin. It can dry, crack, stain, warp, etc. Use a damp cloth (don’t use soap, it’s chemicals can ruin leather) as needed to spot clean item. Always test first on small hidden section if using polish or conditioner.
Canvas is a durable fabric, but some colors will show dirt easily, spot clean only or consult your local dry cleaner.
Upholstery fabric used on Sereia Design goods are all recycled materials. It is difficult to say what the fiber make up of the material is or how to properly care for goods without knowing this information. If needed, spot clean only or consult your local dry cleaner.
Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, and oils.
